🚕 Booking & Travel Information

• Share accurate pickup, drop, date, and time details at the time of booking.

• Inform us in advance about any changes to your travel plan.

⏰ Punctuality

• Please be available at the pickup location at the scheduled time.

• Delays from the passenger’s side may lead to waiting charges or trip rescheduling.

• Our drivers are trained, professional, and follow traffic rules.

• Please cooperate with the driver for a safe and smooth journey.

• Vehicle allocation depends on availability and route conditions.

🎒 Luggage & Personal Belongings

• Carry luggage as per vehicle capacity. Excess luggage must be informed in advance.

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

• Takshit Tour & Travels is not responsible for lost or unattended items.

🛣️ Route & Travel Conditions

• Routes may change due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or government restrictions.

• Travel time may vary depending on road and weather conditions, especially in hill areas.

🏔️ Hill Station & Long-Distance Travel

• Follow safety instructions during hill station and mountain travel.

• Night travel in hilly areas may depend on weather and road safety conditions.

• Breaks during long journeys are allowed as per mutual agreement with the driver.

💳 Payments & Charges

• All applicable tolls, parking charges, state taxes, and permits are to be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

• Any additional stops or extended travel time may result in extra charges.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, illegal substances, or any unlawful activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

• Misuse of the vehicle or misbehavior with the driver may lead to trip termination without refund.

⚠️ Emergency & Delays

• In case of emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, or unforeseen delays, we will make reasonable efforts to assist or provide alternatives.

• Takshit Tour & Travels is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
